Black Friday 2026 AI tool deals for UK small businesses: what to watch for

Black Friday is Friday 27 November 2026 and Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November. Software firms often cut prices around those dates, but none of the seven tools below has announced a Black Friday 2026 offer on its own pricing page yet. So this page does not list any deal we can't verify. It shows what each tool costs today, what standing offers it already has, and what to check before you pay anything in the sale.

Last checked 27 October 2026. We read each vendor's own pricing page that day. We will check them again from 9 November 2026 and add every offer we can confirm on the vendor's own page, with the date, the price and the catch. Until then, treat any "Black Friday 2026" price you see on a third-party list as unconfirmed.

Affiliate note: links marked "(affiliate link)" are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you (#ad). We only list tools we are approved to promote, so this is not every tool on sale. It doesn't change the prices or the catches we report. See how we make money.

What each tool costs today

ToolPrice today (vendor's own page)Offer already runningBlack Friday 2026 offer
GetResponse email marketingStarter for 1,000 contacts: EUR 16 a month, or EUR 13.12 a month billed yearly14-day free trial, no card neededNone announced on its pricing page on 27 Oct
Gamma presentationsPlus $9 and Pro $18 per seat a month billed annually (read 18 Oct; the page would not load on 27 Oct)Free plan with 400 creditsNone confirmed
Descript video and podcast editingHobbyist $16, Creator $24, Business $50 per person a month billed annually (monthly: $24, $35, $65)Free planNone announced on its pricing page on 27 Oct
OpusClip video clipsStarter $15 a month, Pro $29 a month (the page doesn't say annual or monthly, so check at checkout)Free planNone announced on its pricing page on 27 Oct
Synthesia AI videoStarter $19 a month, Pro $89 a month billed monthly; yearly $14 and $59 a monthFirst month $9 on Starter and $49 on Pro; first-month prices are a trial price, not a plan discountNone announced on its pricing page on 27 Oct
beehiiv newslettersFor 1,000 subscribers: Lite $49 a month billed annually ($59 monthly), Pro $95 ($109 monthly)Free plan, up to 2,500 subscribersNone announced on its pricing page on 27 Oct
Fyxer AI email assistantPro $37 a month billed annually ($49 monthly), Team $64 ($99 monthly)14-day free trial; launch offer of unlimited credits for the first 3 months; its sign-up page says 14 days free and 20% off for 3 monthsNone announced on its pricing page on 27 Oct

Prices are in the currency each vendor shows (US dollars for most, euros for GetResponse), and tax may be added. They are not converted to pounds here because the rate moves.

The bar a Black Friday deal has to beat

Every one of these tools already gives you a discount for paying yearly. A sale only matters if it beats that. Worked from the vendor prices above:

Tool and planMonthly priceBilled yearlyYou already save a year
Fyxer Pro$49$37 a month$144 (about 24%)
Descript Creator$35$24 a month$132 (about 31%)
Synthesia Starter$19$14 a month$60 (about 26%)
Synthesia Pro$89$59 a month$360 (about 34%)
beehiiv Lite (1,000 subscribers)$59$49 a month$120 (about 17%)
GetResponse Starter (1,000 contacts)EUR 16EUR 13.12 a monthEUR 34.56 (18%)

So "20% off" in a sale is worth little if you were going to pay yearly anyway, and it may be worth nothing if the sale price is the same as the yearly price you could already get. Ask what the price is compared with today's yearly price, not compared with the monthly list price.

Seven checks before you buy in a sale

  1. Is it new customers only? Many offers don't apply to an account you already have.
  2. Is it first year only? Find the renewal price before you pay. A cheap first year followed by the full price is not a saving if you'd drop the tool after a year.
  3. Does the discount apply to the plan you need? A big percentage on a plan that is too small is no use.
  4. What are the usage limits? Credits, media hours and clip minutes are what you actually run out of. Check them for the plan on sale.
  5. Can you cancel? Look for the refund window. For example, our Gamma review notes Gamma only refunds within 3 days and only if credit use is low.
  6. Is it a trial in disguise? "First month for $9" is a trial price, not a discount on the plan.
  7. Do you need it at all? Try the free plan first. Most of these have one.

Which tools are worth waiting for

  • Email marketing: beehiiv is the one we use for our own email, and its free plan covers up to 2,500 subscribers. Only wait for a sale if you need a paid feature such as automations. GetResponse is worth comparing on the yearly price, because it already knocks off 18%. Our email marketing comparison covers the cheaper and free options too.
  • Presentations: Gamma has a free plan. Try it on one real deck before you pay for anything.
  • Video and clips: Descript and OpusClip do different jobs, so see Descript vs OpusClip and Synthesia vs OpusClip before choosing. Our video tools page lists the alternatives.
  • Inbox and meeting notes: Fyxer has the most generous standing offer today, so a sale needs to beat the free trial and the launch credits.

Where to start (affiliate links)

These go to each vendor's own site. We will keep them here, so you can check the vendor's sale page from the same link on 27 November.

What happens next on this page

From 9 November 2026 we will re-read each vendor's pricing and sale page, and we will add only offers we can see on the vendor's own site, each with its date. If a vendor has no offer, we will say so. The page is for UK small businesses and sole traders, so it will not chase every tool on sale. For the full list of tools we review, see the tools directory.

FAQ

When is Black Friday in 2026?

Friday 27 November 2026. Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November 2026.

Has any of these tools announced a Black Friday 2026 deal?

Not on its own pricing page when we checked on 27 October 2026. We will check again from 9 November and update this page.

Are the prices on this page in pounds?

No. We show the currency each vendor shows, mostly US dollars, with euros for GetResponse. Tax may be added at checkout.

Should I pay yearly or monthly?

Yearly is cheaper per month on every tool in the table above, but you pay up front and refund rules differ. If you aren't sure you'll use the tool, start on a free plan or a trial first.

Do you earn money from this page?
