AI review tools for pest controllers in the UK
People rarely want neighbours to know they've had rats or bedbugs, so pest control customers can be reluctant to leave reviews. That makes each genuine review valuable. Asking politely after the problem is solved, and making it easy to leave a review without details, helps.
Prices were re-checked on each provider's own page; the date is next to each one. Rules and figures from GOV.UK are linked where they're used.
Ask after the final visit
Ask when the problem is resolved, usually after the last follow-up. Share your Google review link or QR code (Google). Tell customers they don't need to mention the pest or their address.
Stay inside the rules
Google bans discounts, payment or free work for reviews, and asking only happy customers (Google). UK law since April 2025 bans fake reviews and concealed incentivised reviews (CMA).
Discreet replies
Never confirm in a reply what pest a customer had or where they live. Thank them, keep it general, and take any complaint offline. Claude can draft a calm first version of a reply; edit it before posting.

Questions
Can I offer a discount for a Google review?
No. Google's policy bans offering payment, discounts or free goods or services for reviews, and UK law since April 2025 bans concealed incentivised reviews. Ask every customer, with no reward.
Should I name the pest in my reply?
No. Keep replies general so you don't reveal anything about the customer's home or business.
Are these prices in pounds?
Not all. Where a provider only publishes US dollar prices we show dollars, so check the price in pounds at checkout.
Do you get paid if I sign up?
