• Chat: $29 a month paying monthly, or $24 a month billed annually ($288 a year), for up to 5 seats.
• Growth: $1,000 a month billed annually, for up to 75 seats.
• Expansion: $2,000 a month. Scale: $3,000 a month.

Ways a small business might use it

• Draft product descriptions, ad variations and social posts from a short brief.
• Share one set of brand notes and prompts across a small team on the Chat plan.
• Turn a long blog post or service page into shorter versions for email and social.

Getting started

1. Write a one-page brief first: who you sell to, what you sell, three words for your tone, and words to avoid.
2. Paste that brief into each new chat so drafts start close to your voice.
3. Edit every draft for facts, prices and British spelling before it goes out.
4. Compare a month of use against a general assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, which may cover the same jobs.

Before you pay

The jump from Chat to Growth is large, and workflow credits only start on Growth, so most small firms will stay on Chat or use a general assistant.

Most of these tools bill in US dollars, so your bank may add a foreign transaction fee, and the pound price moves with the exchange rate. If you're VAT-registered and the bill shows no UK VAT, you may need to account for it under the reverse charge: see section 5 of HMRC's place of supply guidance.
