AI review tools for window cleaners in the UK

Window cleaning customers stay for years if you're reliable, and new ones choose you on reliability too. Reviews that say you turn up on the day, do a good job and don't leave a mess are what people look for. Because you see customers every few weeks, you have plenty of chances to ask; the rules are about asking fairly.

Prices were re-checked on each provider's own page; the date is next to each one. Rules and figures from GOV.UK are linked where they're used.

Ask once, not every visit

Ask new customers after their second or third clean, when they've seen you're reliable. Send your Google review link or QR code (Google) with the text that confirms the clean's done.

No free cleans for reviews

A free clean or discount for a review breaks Google's rules, which ban incentives and selective asking (Google), and UK law since April 2025 bans concealed incentivised reviews (CMA). Google can restrict profiles that receive fake engagement (Google).

Replying

Most complaints are about missed visits or smears after rain. Reply politely, explain your rain policy, and offer to come back. ChatGPT can draft a first version; edit it to sound like you.

Questions

Can I offer a discount for a Google review?

No. Google's policy bans offering payment, discounts or free goods or services for reviews, and UK law since April 2025 bans concealed incentivised reviews. Ask every customer, with no reward.

Should I ask every time I clean?

No. Ask once, after a few cleans. Asking every visit gets ignored and can feel like pressure.

Are these prices in pounds?

Not all. Where a provider only publishes US dollar prices we show dollars, so check the price in pounds at checkout.

Do you get paid if I sign up?
