AI social media tools for heating engineers in the UK

Heating content works best when it's useful in the moment: how to repressurise a boiler, what to do if the pilot light goes out, when to book a service before winter. It gets shared, and it reminds people who to ring. Mixed in with tidy install photos, it builds a feed that wins work without paid ads.

Prices were re-checked on each provider's own page; the date is next to each one. Rules and figures from GOV.UK are linked where they're used.

Seasonal how-tos

Short posts on bleeding radiators, checking boiler pressure and spotting carbon monoxide warning signs are easy to make with ChatGPT as a first draft. Check every safety step yourself before posting; an AI draft can be confidently wrong. For any gas smell, the advice should always be to leave and call 0800 111 999 (National Gas).

Heat pumps without overclaiming

If you install heat pumps, posts about the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (£7,500 towards an air source or ground source heat pump, GOV.UK) attract interest. Keep claims about savings to what you can show from a real job, and name the scheme correctly.

The Gas Safe badge

Show the Gas Safe logo only while your registration is current; you must be registered to do gas work and renew every year (GOV.UK). Misusing a trust mark is banned outright under UK consumer law (CMA). Schedule posts with Buffer, free for up to 3 channels and able to post to Google Business Profile (checked 14 October 2026).

Paste this into ChatGPT or Claude, filling in the brackets:

Write five short social posts for [business name], a heating engineer in [town]: how to check boiler pressure, a reminder to book a service before winter, a finished boiler install from these notes [paste], a carbon monoxide alarm reminder, and a short intro to [engineer name]. Plain British English, no savings claims, under 60 words each.

Free tools

Questions

How many posts a week should I do?

There's no official number. Pick a rate you can keep up, such as one finished job a week, and use a scheduler such as Buffer (free for up to 3 channels when checked on 15 October 2026) so it goes out while you're working.

Can I post about the Boiler Upgrade Scheme?

Yes. Use GOV.UK's figures (£7,500 towards an air source or ground source heat pump, checked 15 October 2026) and link to the scheme page rather than restating eligibility rules from memory.

Are these prices in pounds?

Not all. Where a provider only publishes US dollar prices we show dollars, so check the price in pounds at checkout.

Do you get paid if I sign up?

Some links may become affiliate links, and we'll label them when they do. It doesn't change what we list. See how we make money.
