AI quoting tools for removal firms in the UK

Removal quotes depend on volume, access and distance, and complaints usually come from what wasn't written down: packing, dismantling, parking, or waiting time on completion day. A clear written quote after a survey prevents most of them.

Prices were re-checked on each provider's own page; the date is next to each one. Rules and figures from GOV.UK are linked where they're used.

After the survey

List the inventory or estimated volume, crew size, vehicles, packing and materials, dismantling and reassembly, and storage if needed. AI assistants are good at turning survey notes into a tidy schedule.

Waiting time and access

State what happens if keys are released late on completion day (waiting time charges, if any), and any parking or permit costs at either end.

Cancellation

If you agree the contract in the customer's home during a survey, GOV.UK's door-to-door sales guidance says you must tell them about their 14-day right to cancel (GOV.UK). Include your cancellation and deposit terms.

Include crew and vehicles, inventory summary, packing and materials, dismantling, insurance cover, waiting time terms, parking, deposit, cancellation terms and payment. British English, bullets.

Questions

Should I take a deposit?

Many removal firms do, to secure the date. Put the amount and the refund terms in writing.

Which tool?

Claude handles long survey notes well; ServiceM8 and Jobber send quotes customers can accept online. Prices checked 15 October 2026 are in the table.

Are these prices in pounds?

Not all. Where a provider only publishes US dollar prices we show dollars, so check the price in pounds at checkout.
