AI review tools for landscapers and gardeners in the UK
Garden work is visual, so the best reviews come with photos: the new patio, the cleared garden, the lawn that's finally level. Maintenance customers see you often, which makes asking easy, and project customers are usually happiest on the day you finish. Both deserve the same request.
Prices were re-checked on each provider's own page; the date is next to each one. Rules and figures from GOV.UK are linked where they're used.
Ask with a photo
Send the request with a before-and-after photo of the job, and your Google review link or QR code from your Business Profile (Google). Customers can add their own photos to a Google review, which helps future customers see the standard.
No free cuts for reviews
Offering a free cut or a discount for a review breaks Google's rules, which ban incentives and selective asking (Google), and UK law since April 2025 bans concealed incentivised reviews (CMA). Google can restrict a profile that receives fake engagement (Google).
Replying to complaints
Complaints about garden work are often about timing or mess. Reply politely, explain anything outside your control (weather, deliveries), and offer to come back. ChatGPT can draft the first version; edit it so it sounds like you.

Questions
Can I offer a discount for a Google review?
No. Google's policy bans offering payment, discounts or free goods or services for reviews, and UK law since April 2025 bans concealed incentivised reviews. Ask every customer, with no reward.
Can customers add photos to a Google review?
Yes, Google reviews can include photos, which helps with garden work. Don't post or edit them on the customer's behalf.
Are these prices in pounds?
Not all. Where a provider only publishes US dollar prices we show dollars, so check the price in pounds at checkout.
Do you get paid if I sign up?
