How do I use AI for my Google Business Profile?
Short answer
Use AI to draft your business description, weekly posts, service lists and replies to reviews, then edit them so they sound like you and stay accurate. Google offers a "Suggest description" AI tool in some regions, but connecting your profile to the Gemini app isn't available in the UK yet. A Google Business Profile itself is free.

What to avoid

Google's own AI tools
Google's help centre says AI-powered descriptions are available in select regions and languages. It says connecting a Business Profile to the Gemini web app isn't available in the UK or EEA for now.
