UK trade website templates for Framer, $8 each
Short answer: these are ready-made website templates for UK trades, built in Framer and written in British English. Pay $8 once, get a link that copies the template into your own Framer account, then swap the sample text and photos for yours. There are five to choose from: roofer, electrician, roofer version 2, electrician version 2 and plumber. You will also need a paid Framer plan to put the site on your own domain.
Page written 28 October 2026. Framer details checked on Framer's own pages that day.
What you get for $8
- A complete multi-page website for one trade, 11 to 18 pages depending on the template, laid out for phones, tablets and computers.
- Content that updates from lists. The Framer CMS (the built-in content database) holds your services, towns, projects, reviews and FAQs, so adding a town or a service means adding an item, not building a page. The templates use 6 or 7 such lists (see the table).
- A quote form and call buttons. The form has no destination set: you connect your own email or other service.
- Sample content to replace. Every name, phone number, review, price and project is placeholder text, and the photos are Unsplash stock photos. Replace all of it before you publish.
- Placeholders for trade badges (for example NICEIC, NAPIT, Checkatrade, TrustMark, Gas Safe). No logos are included, so only show schemes you really belong to.
- Your own editable copy in your own Framer account. After you pay, you land on a Framer link that makes the copy. It is a copy, not a transferred project, and nothing is shared back with us.
Prices are in US dollars, so the cost in pounds moves with the exchange rate and your card may add a fee.

Who this is for, and who it is not for
Good fit: a roofer, electrician or plumber who wants a clean starting point and is happy to type their own services, towns and photos into a template. Also web freelancers who want a head start on a trade site.
Not a good fit: anyone who wants us to write the content, set up the domain or build it for them, or anyone who needs the site live today with no editing. These are templates, so the sample text must be replaced. Expect it to take real time to add your own jobs, photos, reviews and prices. If you would rather have a custom website built for you, get in touch with Collective Digital Media, who made these templates. ![]()
Why Framer
Framer is a website builder where you design the pages, keep your content in lists, and publish to Framer's own hosting from one place. Here is how the parts fit together, using what Framer says on its own pages (checked 28 October 2026).
- Design. You edit the page visually and build sites that work on phones and tablets. Our templates already include phone and tablet layouts.
- CMS (content lists). Services, towns, reviews and FAQs live in lists. A detail page template turns each item into its own page. Each page can have its own search title and description pulled from the list, which is how a template can have a page per town. Framer's help page on titles and descriptions.
- Search basics built in. Framer makes a sitemap.xml and robots.txt for every published site, lets you set the title, description and share image per page, and lets you choose which pages search engines may show. Framer's SEO guide. Ranking is never guaranteed by any template.
- Hosting. Framer hosts the site, so there is no server or plugin updating to look after. Framer says it provides automatic security certificates, a global network and instant rollbacks to an earlier version. Framer's hosting page.
- Forms. Built-in forms can send entries to email, Google Sheets or a webhook, with spam protection. Framer's forms page.
- Analytics. Visitor numbers are built in without cookies, and Framer says no cookie banner is needed for them. The Basic plan keeps 30 days of history and Pro keeps 90 days. How Framer's analytics work.
- Extras when you need them. Plugins include Google Search Console and a Cal.com booking embed. Extra languages are a paid add-on at $20 per language, and you can invite other people to edit or just comment. Plugins, pricing.
The honest trade-offs. Framer is a subscription: if you stop paying for the paid plan, the site on your own domain stops. You work inside Framer's editor, not on files you host yourself. Its prices are in dollars and can change. And you have to do the content work. In return you get a modern trade site without a developer, with the building blocks (a page per town, a page per service, a quote form) already in place.

What Framer costs, and what needs a paid plan
From Framer's pricing page on 28 October 2026 (shown with yearly billing):
| Free | Basic | Pro | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $0 | $10 a month | $30 a month |
| Your own domain | No. Framer address only | Yes | Yes |
| "Made in Framer" banner | Yes | No | No |
| CMS lists | 10 | 2 | 10 |
| Pages | 1,000 | 30 | 150 |
| Monthly bandwidth | 1 GB | 50 GB | 100 GB |
- Free plan: Framer says it is ideal for non-commercial use, and it shows a Framer banner, so a business site will normally want a paid plan.
- Your own domain needs a paid plan. You buy the domain from any registrar, then add the DNS records Framer gives you in Site Settings. Framer also offers a free domain through Hover on a yearly plan, which renews at the normal price. Framer's domain guide.
- Which paid plan? Basic allows 2 CMS lists and our templates use 6 or 7, so as they are built they fit Pro. On Basic you would have to cut the lists down to 2 yourself, and we have not tested that.
- Framer's plan prices and limits can change. Check Framer's pricing page before you subscribe.

Questions
Who makes the templates and who sells them?
Collective Digital Media made them. The AI Till sells them on this page. Your checkout and receipt show The AI Till.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of buying. Your checkout receipt tells you how to ask.
Is this the Framer Marketplace?
No, you buy here, and checkout is The AI Till. As of 28 October 2026 the UK Roofer is also listed on the Framer Marketplace, and the other templates are not. Check a listing for its own price and what it includes.
Do I need to know how to build websites?
You need to be comfortable editing text and images in a visual editor. The templates come as they are, with sample text, and there is no set-up or support service on this page. Look at a live demo and Framer's help pages before you buy.
Do I own the website I make?
You get your own editable copy in your own Framer account. Using Framer is covered by Framer's own terms.
Will it get me to the top of Google?
No template can promise that. The templates have a page per town and per service, and Framer sets up a sitemap and page titles for you, which helps search engines find your pages. Rankings depend on your content, your area and your competition.
What is in the demos that I must change?
Everything: company name, phone number, towns, postcodes, prices, reviews, projects and photos are samples. Do not publish sample reviews or prices as if they were yours.
Why do you link to Framer?
Because you need a Framer account to use the templates. The links to Framer on this page are plain links with no tracking.
