How are restaurants using AI?
Short answer
UK restaurants and cafés use AI mainly for guest messages, menu and allergen wording, review replies, shift notes and social posts. Some also use booking tools with automated reminders. It helps the office and front-of-house admin; it does not cook food or replace food hygiene rules.
