FAQ

Can AI write prices for me?

No. Always supply the price. AI tools invent figures.

Do I have to offer change-of-mind refunds in store?

Distance sales have specific cancellation rules; in-store change-of-mind is often policy rather than automatic law — faulty goods are different. Check GOV.UK for the channel you sell through.
