How do I cancel a Perplexity subscription?

On the website

1. Sign in at perplexity.ai.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Perplexity Pro and select Manage Subscription.
4. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.

On iPhone or iPad

Open Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Perplexity, then Cancel Subscription. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases.

On Android

Open the Play Store, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Perplexity, then Cancel.

Before you cancel

• Download anything you need from your Spaces or threads.
• If you're cancelling to save money, compare the free plan first. Perplexity's free tier still does cited web answers.
• If you paid through a phone network or bundle offer, cancel with that provider instead.
