Firmer payment reminder
Fill in the [brackets], paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, and check the draft before you use it.
Write a second reminder for invoice [number], now [X] days overdue. Polite but firm, ask for payment by [date], and mention that we may add late payment interest.
Before you use it
- Leave out customer names, addresses and bank details; use placeholders.
- Ask for changes: "shorter", "less formal", "use British spelling".
- Check facts, figures and anything legal before sending.
