Draft a quote
Fill in the [brackets], paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, and check the draft before you use it.
Write a quote for [job] for [customer type]. Include a short summary, what's included, what's not, price [£X] plus VAT if applicable, how long the quote is valid, and payment terms [terms].
Before you use it
- Leave out customer names, addresses and bank details; use placeholders.
- Ask for changes: "shorter", "less formal", "use British spelling".
- Check facts, figures and anything legal before sending.
