Write a short email to a customer who hasn't used us since [date]. Remind them what we do, mention [new thing / offer], and invite them back without sounding desperate.
Before you use it
- Leave out customer names, addresses and bank details; use placeholders.
- Ask for changes: "shorter", "less formal", "use British spelling".
