Here are my rough notes from today: [paste]. Turn them into a to-do list grouped by urgency (today, this week, later). Put the single most important task at the top.
Before you use it
- Leave out customer names, addresses and bank details; use placeholders.
- Ask for changes: "shorter", "less formal", "use British spelling".
- Check facts, figures and anything legal before sending.
